The Real Story Behind Kriya's

Kriyas was born from a real need — a working mother trying to feed her child healthy, home-style food without compromises.

Cooking traditional food from scratch was a challenge during busy weekdays. Grinding for idli, mixing for adai, making spice cubes — everything took time I didn’t always have. But health was non-negotiable. My child deserved clean, natural food — and so did my family, even those living abroad who craved these tastes of home.

That’s when the idea of Kriyas came alive.

With the full support of my husband, we started preparing products that made cooking easier without giving up quality or tradition. No preservatives. No shortcuts on values. Just real ingredients, carefully handled — so that anyone, anywhere, could enjoy authentic South Indian food with minimal effort.

Every Kriyas product — from Idli/Dosa Mix (ready to ferment) to Adai Maavu, Jaggery Spice Cubes, and more — is made the way we use it at home. Simple to use, honest in content, and rooted in traditional methods.

This is not just a business. It’s our way of helping families like ours eat better, live better, and feel connected to home — no matter where they are.

> Kriyas. Feel home, wherever you are.
